For years CCI has been offering our customers the ability to augment their existing staff with temporary highly skilled IT professionals who can help address immediate short term needs. We know that often our customers have brief spikes in their need for reporting, for example. With internal IT teams focused on more strategic projects, it can be difficult to justify diverting a team member for a few weeks to relieve this short term pressure from business users. This is an ideal situation in which to consider bringing in one of our team.

By bringing in a CCI resource, you know that not only is the person trained and experienced in all the right technologies, but they will have the full backing of CCI. That is, you can draw from our collective expertise as an organization through their efforts. Areas we’ve seen success with Staff Augmentation include, migrations to IBM Cognos 8, a spike in reporting needs, temporarily filling a slot vacated by a full time employee, or data migration projects.
