CCI's primary business is designing, developing and implementing customized Data Integration, Performance Management, and Predictive Analytic solutions using the software tool set from our primary technology partners IBM Cognos and SAS.

womanWe are currently seeking entry level Business Intelligence Consultants to support our customers with their business intelligence needs mainly with the IBM Cognos software suite.

The responsibilities will include learning and implementing the following skills:

Gathering, and analyzing business requirements along with designing, managing and implementing the following business intelligence and data warehouse solutions:
• Data integration (ETL)
• Reporting
• Analysis (Cubes)
• Scorecards
• Dashboards
• Custom programmatic solutions (Web development/Java, 
  IBM Cognos SDK etc.)
Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess the following traits: Integrity, Self motivation, Creativity, Flexibility, Strong social skills and Professionalism.
• Bachelors’ degree either in computer science or in business
with emphasis on information technology.
• Good business aptitude and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and develop strong
client relations
• Knowledge of databases and SQL is a must
• Strong IT skills and a programming aptitude
• Proven ability to rapidly learn and adapt to cutting edge
technology
• Ability to travel on an as needed basis
• Experience with IBM Cognos or other business intelligence
tools a plus.
