IBM Cognos

As a Platinum Partner, CCI has the ability to work jointly with the local Cognos sales organization to provide our customers with a complete solution including software, consulting services and product training. We’re happy to work in a pre-sales mode to assist you with customized demonstrations or perhaps a full blown Proof of Concept. If you’d like to do some homework up front before ever talking with a sales rep we can assist with a “BI Assessment”. This short term engagement will look at a broad range of critical areas which will help you evaluate your readiness to adopt a Business Intelligence platform. We’ll evaluate your data sources, your users’ skill sets, your technical infrastructure, and help you begin to define your user requirements. This service yields a complete Management Report which outlines our findings along with recommendations on the correct mix of tools and what needs to be done to the environment in order to be well positioned to deliver a successful BI implementation.

As a MicroSoft Certified Partner CCI is happy to provide to you the underlying database software to form the foundation of any of our other solutions. SQL Server has grown to be one of the primary relational databases in the industry, and is certainly one of the most popular choices to serve as the underlying database for the Data Marts and Data Warehouses we develop.
